I'm writing a novel, and I know how to write properly, the court scene. Like what is part of a first test? And I forget what they called the two parties? Prosecutor and a little ... and that both of them. Help! I know the court as follows:

Opening times instructions for both parties

Witnesses and examination of both sides

Closing statements by both sides.

And this is a case of abuse. Does anyone have more details? I searched Google, but I'm too lazy to sift through useless things. And what each party sound like? (aka, examples of each)
